A 50% retainer is required to officially book your session date. This can be paid via PayPal, QuickBooks invoice, or check. Once it’s received, your date is all yours!
Yes! If it’s not already included in your package, hair and makeup can absolutely be added to your session.
I’ve been a certified makeup artist for over a decade and offer dry hairstyling to help you look and feel your best in front of the camera.
Professional styling makes a huge difference in portraits. If you’re already investing in high-quality images, it’s worth going the extra mile—those little details go a long way in how polished and confident you’ll look on camera.
I’m a big believer in transparency—if you’ve reviewed the packages, you’ve already seen the base pricing.
The only additional costs you might encounter are:

Mileage if I’m traveling 30+ miles from the studio

Your total investment will vary based on the type of session and any add-ons you choose, but everything will be clearly communicated before we book—no surprises.
A 50% retainer is due at booking to reserve your session, with the remaining balance due on the day of your session. All final images are delivered digitally—no physical pickup required.
Cancellations:
If you cancel within 8 hours of your scheduled session and do not reschedule, your retainer will be forfeited. Once your session time is reserved, it’s held exclusively for you, which means I’m unable to book another client in your place.
No-shows:
I do not tolerate no-call, no-show appointments.
Returned checks:
A $30 fee will be added to your invoice if a check is returned.
Digital proofs are typically delivered within 3–5 business days of your session, depending on your package. Once you’ve selected your favorite images for retouching, the final edits are usually delivered within 5–10 business days total.
